An exciting opportunity has arisen for an extremely competent individual to provide exceptional secretarial and administrative support to our client's Investment Team. This is a pivotal role and requires an individual who is self-motivated, an effective team player and who is proactive in finding solutions rather than waiting for instructions.

This role requires excellent planning and organisation skills, as you proactively manage the Chief Investment Officer’s diary, schedule meetings and help to maintain appointments. You will be expected to organise travel arrangements, providing the necessary information and itineraries for the relevant individuals. Professional and friendly in your approach, you will respond to all correspondence in a timely fashion whilst ensuring that you always deal with information confidentially and sensitively. Adept at organising meetings and conferences, you will be accustomed to booking rooms, organising equipment, preparing agendas and taking concise minutes and distribute to the Investment Committee.

Their ideal candidate will have extensive experience of providing high quality support at senior level in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same and you will be able to successfully juggle a variety of daily tasks simultaneously and will be adaptable to any sudden changes in the priorities. Articulate, you will be able to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of seniority both written and verbally. The nature of this role requires an individual with good knowledge in all Microsoft packages, predominantly Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You will be proactive and able to pre-empt the needs of the Chief Investment Officer and Investment Committees efficiently. We are looking for a self-starter who can identify improvements to their current processes and provide solutions to any problems that arise.
