Role: Administrator -Sales Support
Location: West End
Salary: £30,000 dependant on experience
Our client, a well-established Property company based in Central London, is looking for a dedicated and organised Administrator - Sales Support to join their vibrant team as a Sales Support Executive. This full time position will require excellent communication and IT skills, as well as a positive and helpful attitude.
Please note: this is a full time position Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Main Responsibilities of a Administrator - Sales Support:
The new Administrator will handle incoming enquiries via phone and email as well as general office administration tasks. You will need to write and upload property details and then arrange and book viewings as required. After property viewing you will chase for feedback and maintain communication with clients and third parties.
In addition to this the new Administrator will assist Negotiators as needed and assist with negotiating if required.
Am I the right person for this Administrator - Sales Support role?:
The successful applicant for this Administrator role will ideally have previous experience within the Property Industry. You will also be highly organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines. It is essential that the new administror is computer literate, has excellent communication skills and is confident with a friendly attitude.
