ADMINISTRATOR required for niche recruitment company.

Candidate must be well-spoken, professional and personable; as well as confident, self-motivated, organised and focussed. Excellent computer skills are essential.

Will be working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced, fun and friendly environment.

Experience in recruitment or sales administration is ideal but not essential. Potential for future career development in recruitment industry. Competitive salary + gym bonus, pension, parking, perks and bonuses.

ROLE

Answer phones

Add candidates and CVs to in-house database

Update jobs, adverts and websites

Reply to email queries

Check and organise compliance documents

Create and manage timesheets

Manage mail-outs, post and stationary

Assist with social media updates

Ad hoc administration duties

REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel

Database usage

Touch typing

Internet - understanding of social networking a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional demeanour

Very organised

Multi-tasker

Hours are full-time Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30 and Friday 8:30-5:00 with one hour for lunch. Immediate start available. Office is located 10 mins walk from a main line train station and near High Street with great mix of shops and restaurants.
