Administrator - Registration

Purpose of the role

Responsible for contacting and booking appointments with learners for signup to apprenticeship courses. Explaining to learners which eligibility documents are necessary and how to send them to Lifetime. Conducting signups over the phone once all requisite documents have been returned. Liaising with Sector Coordinators to facilitate learner transfer to Regional Trainers

Role accountabilities

  • Deliver balanced KPIs in line with company expectations
  • Understanding eligibility criteria for enrolling on apprenticeship qualifications
  • Ensuring the return of requisite documentation before conducting sign ups
  • Ensure all learners experience quality standards in line with Company and Ofsted guidelines
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with business support teams to support the delivery of the sector plan
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing learner and clients assuring the Lifetime brand is synonymous with and recognised for quality of service
  • Ensure CPD reflects Company and industry requirements
  • To be a vocational expert within the designated sector
  • Contribute to ad hoc cross sector/function projects to support the delivery of Lifetime's strategic plan
  • Role model the organisation's values and behaviours

Essential qualifications:

  • GCSE English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).

Desirable qualifications:

  • Business Administration
  • ICT qualifications

Experience, knowledge and skills

  • ICT knowledge / organisational skills
  • Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • Experience of working autonomously
  • Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
