We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to work for CareTech Community Services based at our head office in Potters Bar.

This role will be reporting to the Development and Marketing Director

The Role

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Reception/Telephone
  • Experienced Administrator
  • Good Knowledge of Computer packages, Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Other general duties expected of the role

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 09.00 - 5.30pm ( 45 minute lunch break )
