A fantastic property company in North London is looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join their successful organisation within the Renewals team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration and communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy and a flexible approach, but more importantly you will need to be a confident team player with a 'can-do’ attitude.

Key responsibilities will include negotiating rent increases and dealing with maintenance requests and changes in length of tenancies. Grasping an understanding of each tenancy in its entirety is key. You will be informing relevant parties of tenants wishing to leave and will be required to update and maintain digital files.
This varied role will require the post holder to have/be:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- PC literate with database experience
- Highly organised and methodical
- Proactive and flexible
- Adaptable to changing workloads
- Team player
