Administrator - Property Maintenance

     Dealing with queries mailbox on a daily basis.

     Supporting members of staff when needed

     Any additional ad-hoc duties as required.

     Allocation and issuing emergency jobs

     Daily distribution of run sheets

     Completion of satisfaction surveys

     You must have strong administration skills

     You must have excellent customer service skills

     You must have a good telephone manner

    The hours would be 8-5 with two 15 minute breaks and an hour lunch break.

    Our client would be looking for temp to perm but depending on the candidate straight Perm is an option

    There would be training provided and skill tests of the systems after this just to see if further training is required

Property Maintenance/Admin experience ideally required
