Salary: £17,000 + Guaranteed Bonus + Benefits

The RZ Group is currently recruiting for a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator who can join the Property Finance team. Ideally you will have the ability to work under pressure, problem solve and identify improvements to the current process and systems

The purpose of this role will be to ensure rent received is credited to clients' bank accounts and reconciled accurately and efficiently. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring transactions are recorded on the transaction batch system accurately and within deadline
  • Ensuring accurate and timely deposit claims
  • Assisting with checking and approval of transaction batches
  • Identifying and testing procedural and system enhancements to ensure constant improvement to processes
  • Action daily reports
  • To regularly liaise with third parties and internal support areas
  • To assist with ensuring the necessary quality controls exist within the team and service standards are being adhered to
