Administrator (project support) - £19k + excellent benefits

Our client is seeking a full-time Administrator based in the Head Office to support existing teams with a variety of admin and project management duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, well-established company and also comes with an excellent benefits package (see below).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with Service Coordinators to ensure projects are delivered on time

  • Cross referencing of invoices and associated documents

  • Generating project specific documentation with the Workflow management system

  • Updating and maintaining of records within the Workflow management system

  • Responsible for final quality of documents before release to clients

  • Graduate OR previous similar admin/project support experience
