Due to company growth our client, an international boat manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Administrator to work as part of their Operations support team.
This is an ongoing temporary role that may go permanent.
Your duties will include:
Process and update all standard work package amendments.
Work closely with the planning team to maintain documents and meet deadlines.
Create and maintain documentation for all production schedule processes.
Process all daily reporting to support operational KPI's.
Maintain and issue all production schedules KPI data to operations.
Attend and take action points of all labour review meetings.
Maintain sub-contractor data.
Ensure sub-contractor timesheets are delivered and processed accordingly.
Assist in the reconciliation of sub-contractor invoicing against time sheets.
Answer day to day queries relating to standard work overview reporting.
You will need:
Previous experience within a fast-paced office environment.
Ideally worked within manufacturing / engineering companies.
Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
A sound knowledge of SAP PP/PS systems would be beneficial.
Excellent organisational skills plus ability to multitask.
Based in Poole, working Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (40 hours) with pay rate of £9.99 per hour.
