Located within an office in the City of London
Salary: £20k - 25k (plus Bonus) dependent upon skills and experience
Working within a Senior Partner Practice of the St. James’s Place Partnership, part of St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc.
St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. This Practice is well established and highly successful.
You will be based in a busy City of London office ensuring the business generated by the Practice is processed correctly and in a timely manner while also making and receiving telephone calls on behalf of the Practice.
You will be working with the Partner and Practice Manager.
You will be process and manage the submission of client applications.
Collating client information, organising client reviews, preparing illustrations, managing cases to completion and working with internal processing systems.
You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems, so proficient IT skills are necessary.
You will be liaising with third parties on a daily basis.

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do’ working style.
Ideally you have been working for an IFA or Financial Services company and have experience of the administration of either Pension, Investment or Protection products.
You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised.
You will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
