Our client is a leading Telecoms business offering a range of services to business clients across the UK. They are a growing business providing exceptional customer services allowing them to have an excellent retention rate and continued growth. This role sits within the billing and provisioning team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, including fixed lines & mobile phones.

  • Placing orders for a number of products including mobile, fixed-line and data
  • Ordering hardware
  • Arranging engineer’s diaries for installations
  • Order management and administration
  • Supporting the customer care and sales team, providing information relating to delivery and installation dates
  • General administration, including data input.

Whilst Telecoms experience would be a benefit this is not essential and the client will provide training. The ideal candidate will have experience within a busy office environment, order processing would be an advantage.

Salary range is flexible dependant on experience.

The company is based in an excellent location, accessible to Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield & Huddersfield. They offer an excellent benefits package, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5hrs per week).
