Administrator pensions

Overall purpose of the job:

To provide an excellent level of service to the organisation and prioritisation of their daily business needs and aspects of administration.

Main Activities:

General correspondence and emails

Scanning and archiving of department correspondence

Processing all aspects of product and investment administration, for Self Invested Personal Pension,

Individual Savings Account and General Investment Accounts.

Administer all aspects of each product within agreed SLA on a daily basis.

Complete daily & monthly tasks as requested by manager.

Communicate with the team and clients effectively.

Taking incoming and making outbound calls.

Previous experience at the same if not similar level. Preferred but not essential

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Knowledge and Skills Needed:

Able to work in a busy administrative environment

Excellent accuracy and communication skills.

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and have a keen eye for detail

Customer Service skills including telephone techniques

Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel

Maths and English GCSE'S (C or above)
