Working for an established firm of 'whole of the market' Financial Advisers, our Client is now looking for an additional Administrator to join their large and growing practice. As a member of the support team an Administrator with Pensions & Investments experience is sought. Working closely with the Consultants and Paraplanners the main focus of this role will be to provide day to day business support with duties consisting of;
" Producing complex and detailed reports to aid the financial advisers
" Corresponding with clients
" Processing new business
" Performing fund switches
" Liaising with investment companies
" Creating fund research to build model portfolios
" Performing yearly reviews of existing client
" Maintaining the client database ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
Ideally candidates will have experience of using a Back Office System along with a number of Provider Platforms. Exams and long term career development is supported. You must be able to work as part of a busy team environment and should offer first class communication skills in order to provide high levels of client care.
