Administrator ideally Temp to Perm
The Administrator's role is very varied and includes
Responding to daily emails
Inputting invoices onto Sage
Typing & sending monthly invoices to National Builders
Typing & sending Estimates to National Builders
Taking telephone payments
Compiling Health and Safety folders for Building Sites
Ordering supplies for the office and site staff (Stationary, Hard Hats, High Vis Vests)
Chasing unpaid Invoices
Ad Hoc support of all departments (Accounts, Buying, Maintenance, Contracts Managers, Estimators, Maintenance, Managing Director)
The Administrator will be able to manage their own days, however, they expect that the person will be very busy so will need to be hard working. Need to have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. This role does involve a fair amount of Customer interaction so Customer Service Skills are preferable.
It is a family run business, based in Maresfield in a brand new building and on an average day there is between 5 - 15 people in the office.
