Up to £16 per hour

This role is working for a very successful and exciting global company in Chertsey, providing PA support to the Head of Europe HR & European Office HR VP as well as general ad-hoc support for the Europe Office HR Team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Schedule & diary management

Travel arrangements to include flights, accommodation, visa, car bookings, itineraries

Arranging team off sites & meetings both internally and externally

Compiling and submitting of all expenses

Arranging meetings, regional workshops and conference calls

Restaurant bookings and arrangements for events

Creation and editing of business documents including PowerPoint & spread sheets

Management of Invoices for the employee benefits

Assisting in basic HR data management and providing administrative support to the team

Key Competencies/Characteristics include:

Experience of working as a PA at a senior level

Ability to work on own initiative without supervision

Proficient/advance level MS

High attention to detail

Experience working in a fast paced environment

Excellent use of English language, both written and verbal

Flexibility & adaptability to tasks and environment

A 'hands on' attitude & keen to 'pitch in'

Ability to multitask and deal with last minute changes

High level professionalism & confidentiality

Sense of humour is critical whilst able to thrive in a busy environment
