Administrator / PA to Director

Pertemps are currently recruiting for enthusiastic professionals with experience in the administration sector on behalf of our well established client in the Wellingborough area of Northamptonshire. This high profile contract with our blue chip and prestigious customer has exciting opportunities for good calibre employees.  

Main duties :

- Raising PO’s
- Managing travel request requests

- Hotels, cars, trains etc

- Data Input

- Updating spreadsheets/logs

- Filing
- Scanning
- SMART – Manual clocks ins/reports
- Comms – supporting Managers with communications
- Making tea/coffee – Director/visitors

The persons:

- Microsoft Intermediate
- Excellent Communication skills

- verbal & written

- Excellent telephone manner
- Confident and hard-working
- Positive ‘can do attitude’ – attention to detail at pace
- Comfortable working alone
- Smart and presentable

- Working in Directors suite

- MUST have Office Experience
- Trustworthy and discreet

- Sensitive information
