Administrator - Order Management Analyst

Hourly Rate: £9.33 phr
Location: Bournemouth
Hours: 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Description:

Day to day operational tasks in order handling to ensure first class customer service.

Partners with Customer Service dept and various functions to resolve upcoming issues.

Responsibilities:

Handling of incoming orders from customers and Sales Managers.
This includes:

-Ensuring availability for high number of calls entering the Service Operations organisation.
-Creating orders and managing a wide variety of order queries.
-Help drive improvements in order accuracy through improved order entry

Handling of customer complaints and resolution in a timely manner.
This includes:

-Providing a supporting environment for customers when dealing with issues
-Coordinate with all departments to come to optimum solution for company and Customer

Coordinate with other areas of Customer Services Operations to resolve queries
Prepare and manage month end reporting
Provide ideas to improve systems and processes

Skills required:
Experienced in word, excel, email and SAP type systems.
Good communicator and able to analyse data and resolve issues.
Works with limited instructions, intervention and supervision

There is a very high volume of customer calls involved, these can be up to 90% of the working day. Suitable applicants will be happy to work in a call centre type environment and have a friendly and unflappable telephone manner.
