The role will be supporting a small and well established team where you will be:
- Answering the telephone and liaising with clients
- Keeping filing up to date to ensure data protection is adhered to
- Sending reminders to clients for their VAT returns
- Registering clients onto an online system
- Assisting with correspondence for members of the team.
- Arranging payroll for clients
- Have previous experience within Administration
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be looking for a permanent opportunity
- Able to work on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Happy to work in a small office environment
This role offers a desirable 35 hour week - 9.00 am until 5.00 pm
