Administrator/ Negotiator - Full Time

Hern & Crabtree are expanding the team in our Heath Office and have a new full time position available within our busy sales team. We are seeking a motivated, entusiastic, organised and friendly individual to undertake a brand new role as Sales Administrator/ Negotiator.

The main responsibilities of the role are listed below, although the role will be varied and not limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming telephone and email enquiries
  • Making outgoing telephone calls and matching properties with applicants
  • Registering applicants and arranging viewing appointments and valuations
  • Administration including collating property files and ensuring they are compliant
  • Preparation of property details to the highest standards
  • Coordinating and issuing sales paperwork and collating requisite information and documents associated with sales agreed eg, chain details, verification of identity, proof of funds etc.
  • Business generation activities as required
  • Preparation and updating marketing materials and office displays
  • conducting overflow viewings and providing constructive feedback to vendors

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following key skills:

  • Enthusiastic yet empathetic telephone manner
  • Well presented
  • Excellent face to face, email and telephone communication skills
  • Highly organised, able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excell
  • Clean driving licence and use of own vehicle

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 9am -6pm Saturdays 9am -5pm (lieu day in week for Saturdays worked)

Experience preferred although not essential- full training provided
