Administrator / Move Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills to work in our offices based in Lichfield.

The role is full time 9am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. You will be working as part of a team supporting the sales manager. You will be responsible for managing and organising the whole moving process, providing our clients with a "cradle to grave" service, which involves taking the initial enquiry, arranging a survey, booking the removal, handling any claims or problems effectively and carrying out post move satisfaction surveys. Experience within the industry is desirable but not essential.

In addition to offering excellent customer based support, our move coordinators are involved in developing on line enquiries into confirmed moves, so some sales experience would be an advantage. We are looking for a confident, outgoing, conscientious individual with a natural ability to work within a team as well as independently.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate competencies for Microsoft Word and Excel; as well as a high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
