The role is covering a maternity cover and looking for a long handover to ensure understanding of the position.
The company is a well established within the Maintenance industry and joining a busy team. The role is working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and has free parking available!
You will be:
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries
- Typing up specifications for clients
- Updating spreadsheets
- Typing up expenses
- Ordering supplies from small to large orders
- General Administration for the office
- Be able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be confident on the telephone and have an excellent telephone manner
- Have excellent written English - grammar and spelling
- Able to work under pressure and the ability to multitask
