I have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a Successful Business based in Jordanstown. 

The role is a Maternity contract for 9-12 months with an immediate start available. Salary £18.5k per annum. 

Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm. 

Duties of the role will include:

  • Providing full administrative support.
  • Dealing with all queries from clients and repairers in a professional manner.  
  • Responsible for ensuring client bookings and field engineer inspections are managed effectively. 
  • Liaising with internal departments ensuring information processed is accurate.
  • Providing a professional reception service to all visitors.
  • Setting up rooms for meetings and organising any catering as required.
  • Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Maintain and update the computer system with any new information or changes.
  • Maintenance of stationery stock.
  • Assist in the preparation of letters for post and record delivery.
  • General office duties.
