I have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a Successful Business based in Jordanstown.
The role is a Maternity contract for 9-12 months with an immediate start available. Salary £18.5k per annum.
Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm.
Duties of the role will include:
- Providing full administrative support.
- Dealing with all queries from clients and repairers in a professional manner.
- Responsible for ensuring client bookings and field engineer inspections are managed effectively.
- Liaising with internal departments ensuring information processed is accurate.
- Providing a professional reception service to all visitors.
- Setting up rooms for meetings and organising any catering as required.
- Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries.
- Maintain and update the computer system with any new information or changes.
- Maintenance of stationery stock.
- Assist in the preparation of letters for post and record delivery.
- General office duties.
