Our client based in Haverfordwest is looking for an experienced Marine Services Support Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment until March 2021.

Working within the Marine Services team, you will provide business and technical support to the Marine Services Operations Manager and Marine Services Team, managing selected business applications and administration systems. This will include administrative, analytical, organisational, technical and customer service activities.

Duties will include:-
  • Arranging meetings and events to include; venue, agenda, refreshments, logistics and attendance records.
  • Monitoring systems
  • Maintaining records
  • Undertaking analysis of programme and corporate data providing information to colleagues
  • Processing financial requests and invoices and ensuring standard procedures are followed
  • Taking accurate minutes for team meetings
  • Booking accommodation and making travel arrangements

The successful candidate must have:-
  • Qualification or knowledge of Marine Conversation
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Inter-personal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to extract and understand data and information
