Repairs Co-ordinator (Jewellery Repairs) – Birmingham Service Centre

We are welcoming applications for a Repairs Administrator, internally known as a Repairs Coordinator.  You'll join our busy Birmingham Service Centre (BSC) Jewellery workshop which is located on the outskirts of the jewellery quarter in Hockley.

Working within our Repairs workshop in the Birmingham Service Centre you will assist in delivering an integral support service to our team of Jewellers. This role plays a key part within the UK’s largest single site Jewellery repair function.

You will be responsible for the control and allocation of the team’s repair workload including the accurate receipt, logging, estimating, flow control and dispatching of customer repairs. Reporting into the BSC Team Leader, you will liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external functions to support our stores and customers. This is a wonderful opportunity to help bring our philosophy to life by helping our customers celebrate life and express love.

This is a fast paced role which demands great attention to detail skills. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders and customers through several communication channels. Ideally, you will have good knowledge of jewellery, but if this isn't the case a passion and drive to learn is what will be necessary. 

Other daily general duties include booking items in for repair, data entry, opening deliveries, taking photos of items received and calculating repair estimates.

We are looking for a Repairs Co-ordinator who is PC literate and proficient with Excel.  A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to your workload is essential. If you have a positive and can-do attitude, please apply without delay.
