Recruit Moore have been approached by our client in Central Southampton to find them an Administrator.
You will be providing support for the team by accurately scanning, filing and recording all relevant records documents.
You will be doing everything you can to assist the team to ensure as many of the basic admin duties as possible are completed.
Duties to include:
- Scanning all correspondence to a high level of accuracy and transferring to the company’s document management system.
- Ensuring all filing is accurately filed and kept up to date for all renewal correspondence.
- Updating computer based records
- Any other tasks including filing in numerical/alphabet sequences.
This is an entry level role and would be ideal for a school/college leaver, as this would include basic office duties initially and will allow you to gain office experience.
