As an Administrator with Turning Point Bedford, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support to our team, so that they can focus on delivering person-centred services that enable our service users to achieve their potential.

About the role:

Making sure everything runs smoothly at the heart of our LD services you'll support the smooth operation of our services from our Bedford office including answering calls, maintaining accurate records and helping us to continually improve our performance. Offering plenty of variety, this rewarding role involves support for our service managers including generating and processing invoices and dealing with everything from newsletters, travel, accommodation and the post to, stationery, petty cash and minute taking.

About you:

We're looking for a confident communicator who can prioritise a varied workload, welcome service users and provide wide-ranging administrative support. Comfortable talking to service users, you should be customer focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be a superb organiser and supportive team player with keen attention to detail, impressive administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and spreadsheets.
