Administrator required to start work on a temporary basis for the next 6 - 9 months covering maternity leave. Working hours will be 35 hours a week Monday - Friday, varying shifts between 8.00am - 5.00pm. Yearly salary will be £25,000.

Supporting a busy team, the ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication and IT skills, and self-sufficient in ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Collate invoicing information on Excel
  • Liaise with clients in relation to new projects and existing jobs
  • Input data on in-house CRM and external portals
  • All other admin tasks as required

Benefits:

  • £25,000 per annum

Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Construction industry experience is desirable
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
