Location: Brighton

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm with hybrid working after training

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Keeping the team on track by overseeing admin tasks and maintaining the company database
  • Creating professional PowerPoint presentations and using Excel to analyse data, track sales KPIs, and produce graphs and tables
  • Regularly cleansing and organising data to streamline processes
  • Conducting research and qualifying data to provide valuable insights for decision-makers
  • Managing internal portal updates, ensuring all information is accurate and timely
  • Owning the team's schedule - managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating diaries
  • Responding to emails and calls promptly, ensuring queries are handled or directed efficiently
  • Supporting with adhoc tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly
What We're Looking For:
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and deadlines are no challenge for you
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is key
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
