This HR Administrator is located within our HR People Services team based in Uxbridge, working within a specific country focused team, supporting requests from that country in local language (GB, FR or BELUX).



The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the life cycle from when a new employee joins CCE, any internal moves or terms and conditions changes, through to when the employee leaves CCEP.  The key elements on the operational role are to produce contracts or letters for both internal moves and external new hires, and to ensure the internal HR system is updated accurately and in a timely manner.



The HR Administrator will be responsible for; ensuring compliance with company procedures and local legislation, the accurate and timely provision of contract production, and the Employee Central (HR Master Data) system updating of personal data and organizational structure changes.  For this element of the role it is essential to build strong working relationships with the internal recruiters, the HR Business Partners and the local payroll teams.



The role will work with a number of technical systems such as Employee Central (Success Factors), Employee / Manager Self-Service, Case Management system, contract generation tool and Recruitment tool.  The role may also include project work, coaching and training of team members and translations.
