My Client based in central Milton Keynes is looking for a temporary Housing Administrator with excellent admin and secretarial skills and good communication skills.
Your new role
For this position my client is looking for an experience administrator, this is a customer facing role within an office environment you will be dealing with customers who are facing hardship and having an empathetic approach is essential. Experience of administration, customer service and database maintenance is required.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in Customer Service.
Face to Face customer contact
Excellent administration skills including good systems skills
General administration and secretarial skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft packages and being able to pick up Inhouse systems quickly.
