Our client is a Chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting excellence in management and leadership.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an HE Partnership Service Administrator to provide administrative support within the Partnership and Product Management department. You'll handle general enquiries and messages efficiently and effectively, input new leads into the CRM system and support the Operations / Customer Service team to deal with queries. You'll also deal with data input as required and monitor and action inboxes daily.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service environment and have GCSE Maths & English Grade C or equivalent. Previous experience of customer enquiry handling via the telephone and experience of working in an office environment is essential. You will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work accurately with attention to detail and the skills needed to work to tight deadlines. You'll also have good written and verbal communication skills and basic MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook skills. Ideally, you will have level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
The closing date for this role is Thursday 15th March.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 20th March.
