Administrator - Hardwicke

My fantastic family owned business based on the outskirts of Hardwicke are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for an all-around administrative position and the ideal person will be happy to muck in wherever.

Responsibilities/Duties;

-Provide excellent service to client & customers and is a key interface between all members of the on-site team

-Answering and filtering telephone calls

-Postal duties, including franking and sort

-Approve and process invoices tickets on a daily basis

-Meeting and greeting guests

-Provide administration support to all managers

-Dealing with both face to face and telephone enquiries

-Training room diary management

-Responsible for the provision of refreshments for guests to the Boardroom

-Stock control

-Liaise with local and district councils on all matters relating to the business across all sites

Candidate Attributes;

-Previous administration/receptionist experience is essential

-Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

-Ability to interact confidently with customers

-Must hold a driving license due to company location

Hours- Monday to Friday- 8.30am-5pm

Salary- Up to £20,000
