Due to continued expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team. We require a team player, with an excellent attitude and strong communication skills. You ideally will have some experience working within a similar role or within an Admin/Finance team and we require foreign lanaguage skills, primarily French and/or German.
You will be expected to work to deadlines and must be able to apply accuracy and initiative to ensure processes are completed to continually high standards. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate clear potential to master processes, identify potential issues, work under pressure and go the extra mile, whilst continually producing accurate work and professional results.
Your core responsibilities will revolve around;
*Ensuring Sales Consultants have completed front office processes correctly.
*Checking placement data supplied matches across all systems and apply logical sense checks to the information provided.
*Draft and issue welcome packs and contracts for our clients and contractors.
*Amend contract information as agreed and follow up with clients and contractors who have not returned required documentation.
*Credit check clients - being able to understand and communicate the information retrieved.
*Work with other team members to address and notify them of any issues. For example alerting Sales Invoicing and Credit *Control functions regarding payment terms, banking information, client requirements etc.
*Collating contractors' Limited Company details, ensuring all information is correct and ready for input into the system.
*Ensuring that any eligibility to work or other non-compliance issues are raised with the Senior Contracts Administrator.
*Update, add and maintain information on required spreadsheets.
*Accurately set up clients and contractors on our on-line timesheet system. Learning to efficiently navigate the system and ensure all entries are 100% correct.
*Liaising with clients, contractors and umbrella companies on a regular basis, in a professional and effective manner.
*Ability to compile data into various formats to allow for accurate management reporting to take place.
*Supporting our Contracts Administration Team Lead and existing team to provide the front office with an efficient and accurate service.
*Other ad hoc duties as required within the role.
