We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity at a global business. The role is based in the finance department working within the Cost Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for authorising business and property expenditure on behalf of clients. Other responsibilities include the handling of invoices and budgets as well as ensuring all databases are maintained. Liaison with clients and internal colleagues is an important aspect as well as assisting in the delivery of quarterly reports, presenting KPIs and other data.
The ideal candidate should be able to work to deadlines and deliver high levels of quality and professionalism. Knowledge and experience of MS Excel is essential and practical knowledge of the property environment is preferred but not essential. The candidate should also be:

- Able to respond positively to change and ideas
- Build strong relationships internally and externally
- Manage multiple projects and tasks
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the field of admin
