We are a registered charity assisting and housing those who are homeless or threatened with homelessness in Reading. Through creative and diverse methods we engage with some of Readings most vulnerable and marginalised. We offer opportunities for increased wellbeing and the chance to fulfil potentials.
Our recently recommissioned Floating Support Service works with our clients to increase their confidence and resilience. Our aim is that people leaving our service will be better placed to live independently and securely in their own homes. We do this through access to welfare benefits, budgeting skills, education, employment and training.
Floating Support Information Officer (Part-Time, 20 hours per week over 5 days; up to £19,000 per annum FTE)
The role of Floating Support Information Coordinator offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and busy team. Primarily the role involves supporting the Service Manager and Floating Support team in the collation, interpretation and reporting of data and information collected within our service. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail and organisation. With the ability to be flexible and adaptable this role includes various office based administrative duties.
Competence with IT particularly Excel and Word are essential. Strong office-based experience and a willingness to learn and take on a variety of challenges are key requirements.
