Administrator - Financial Services
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £18000 - 21500
Our client, a Financial Planning Practice is currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their busy team in the city centre. Working directly for one of the Directors who is also a Financial Planner, and supporting another Adviser, the successful candidate will form part of a friendly and very professional team.
The successful Candidate you will be a key member of the team in which you will be dealing with a wide range of tasks; supporting your colleagues and clients and offering a high level service. Our client is looking for an ambitious candidate to carry out a full administrative support function and daily duties will consist of;
- Providing support for our Advisers
- Handling and distributing post
- Collating client portfolio information
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Dealing with client queries
- Diary management for Advisers and Directors
- Contacting third parties
- Typing letters
- General admin duties such as emails, photocopying & filing
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Administrator preferably within a Financial Services environment, either an IFA Practice or a Product Provider. You will have strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs as well as having excellent customer service, time management and planning skills.
