My client based in Farnham, Surrey is seeking a pro-active and efficient Office Administrator (ideally with financial service or similar background experience), to join this established company supporting the Managing Director and team on a day to day basis.
The administrator will be required to support all aspects of the office including liaising with advisers, clients. Inputting, chasing and tracking any regulatory items both manually and on the database system, email communications, updating client files, liaising with clients on the telephone, answering incoming calls and taking messages, meeting and greeting visitors to the office, updating the database plus various other office admin tasks.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge and understanding of the administration process in addition you should have excellent telephone and written communication skills or alternatively solid administration experience within financial services.
This is a full time permanent position.
