Job Title: Administrator - Financial Services

Hours: Full time Mon-Fri

Location: Huddersfield (Outskirts)

Salary: £15,500 + benefits


Our internationally established client are seeking several administrators to join their team on a permanent basis within financial services. On a daily basis your workload will be very varied but will mainly be focused on administrative tasks which will require excellent levels of attention to detail and accuracy. You will provide support and information were necessary to internal members of the company.

As this is such a large organisation there are lots of internal development opportunities across several avenues, so they are looking for someone to join them who are seeking a long term career in an incredibly rewarding and forward thinking company. This role does also come with an industry recognised financial qualification which is fully funded!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing applications using internal databases

  • Internal liaison between departments and third parties via email correspondence and telephone

  • Maintenance of internal records which will include amendments and archiving

  • Provide financial information to third parties on request

  • Assist in problem solving

  • Working within financial guidelines and regulations at all times

  • Maintain positive working relationships

    This role will suit someone with a strong academic background and confident communication skills.

    Please note that due to the location of the company you will need to live in the Huddersfield area or have access to your own vehicle. You will also need to pass a credit check to be eligible to work for the company due to the nature of their industry.
