Successful financial services firm in the city, close to Liverpool Street station.
Varied position providing Admin and Facilities support to a busy office of 80 with the following duties;
- manage meeting room diary, book meeting rooms, setting up meeting rooms
- ensuring A-V equipment is in place
- ensure office equipment/stationery/consumables are ordered/well stocked
- cover reception over lunch/sickness/hols
- deal with post, arrange couriers
- binding, copying, filing/archiving
- support the Facilities Manager with ad hoc duties
