Do you have strong admin & customer service skills?
Due to continued growth my client is looking to recruit for an experienced customer service administrator.
You would be working evenings, 6pm until 2am, 5 days per week, including Friday & Sunday.
Hourly rate: £10.16 per hour (over £21,000 per annum based on a 40hr week)
This role would suit somebody who has worked within hospitality, and has a particular interest in this sector. Our client is a leading food import and distribution business, supplying some of the most prestigious restaurants & hotels within the UK. Based in Bradford they have a fantastic reputation for excellent customer service and high quality produce.
They have experienced significant growth throughout the last few years, employing over 230 employees across three sites. This role would be based within the customer service team, full-time (40 hours per week), starting at 6pm and finishing at 2.00am. Working 5 days each week, including Friday & Sunday.
The team receive incoming calls and emails from Chefs, Catering and Restaurant Managers placing orders for fresh produce. As a business they supply fresh ingredients, including fruit, vegetables, cheese and meats. You will receive full training and as such a genuine interest in food and ingredients would be a huge advantage.
- Handling incoming email and telephone enquiries
- Dealing with queries relating to orders
- Working within a team of sales order processors
- Updating the order system with up to date client information
- General administration, including liaison with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are received.
The ideal candidate will be committed to working evenings, you will receive ongoing training and the company will invest a significant amount of time in your development, ensuring that you can provide a first-class service to their customer.
Due to the hours of work it would be preferable for you to drive and have access to a car (as public transport would be very limited at 2am).
The client can offer scope for progression, for those with a can do attitude you would have the opportunity to develop as a Team Leader.
