Administrator / Data entry Required for On-Going Perm Position in Bristol, Avonmouth

We are currently looking for Administrator to join a world leading company. Our client requires administrator, data entry within the construction business. This is a great opportunity for people who are willing to work hard and take ownership of their role.

The shift is 07:00-16:00 or 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Job duties:

-Data input;

-creating job specs for install teams;

-answering telephone;

-customer service;

-booking/allocating work out to the install teams;

-creating contracts for jobs including job and contract details;

-adding info to contract data folder;

-general admin work.

The successful candidate should have preferably some experience in the construction industry and will need to go to Slough for the first few weeks, possibly a month, for training.
