Your new company My client are a specialist provider of consultancy support services to organisations across the country. They are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their Customer Service team.

Your new role You will provide an effective administrative support service to the Account Manager and her team, enabling them to provide a seamless end to end customer service to the client base allocated to them.
Your duties are likely to include; diary management, updating appointments, processing referrals and other product related administration, despatch reports to clients as required and update them on case files.
You will also be required to perform general office duties such as typing of letters and reports, sorting mail answering calls etc

What you'll need to succeed You will need to demonstrate a solid track record in administration or customer service, have a good knowledge of Outlook and Word, Excel and Powerpoint would also be desirable. Good customer service and telephone skills will be necessary as will the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
