Administrator / Customer Service.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, polite and friendly individual with fantastic organisational skills to take on a Bookings Administrator role in Walton. Responsible for managing the booking of appointments to ensure the maximum efficiency of external colleagues time and to meet deadlines.

Role information:

  • Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6.00pm
  • One in four Saturdays paid at overtime rate 8am - 1pm
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Starting Salary: £20,500 plus bonus

Main duties the successful candidate will manage and perform are:

  • Being a first point of contact for customers and clients
  • Answering customer and client enquiries
  • Planning and organising appointments and keeping the visits as efficient as possible.
  • Maintaining accurate records on databases and systems
  • General administration duties

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with proven stability in previous roles
  • Good time management skills

  • IT Skills - including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good team working skills
  • The ability to be flexible

  • Problem solving abilities

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Administration experience is required
  • Previous experience of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Computer literate
