Administrator/Customer Service - Temp to Perm

Our client who is based very close to Weston-super-Mare are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking member to join their busy and rapidly expanding company.

  • The position requires someone who is methodical and organised, has an excellent telephone manner and accurate typing skills.
  • An ability to communicate well with both insurance companies and clients. The role will involve contacting insurers on a regular basis to obtain information and updating client information programs.
  • The key skill required for this position will be proven history of telephone experience i.e. Telesales, Telemarketing or similar position previously held.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential as well as accurate typing skills and must have experience with Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Experience in the financial services sector preferred but not essential.

Due to the location of this role, it is essential that you have your own transport (onsite parking is available)
