Demon Recruitment Groupis currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator/Customer Service person to join their Client in the Colnbrook area. Working for one of the largest Logistics companies globally, this is a great opportunity to develop your career.

This role will be long term temp initially with a view to perm

**Interviews ASAP**

Duties will include:

-Logging information and sending correspondence

-Handling calls
-Investigating issues and resolving OR escalating when required
-Following up service reviews to ensure complete customer satisfaction
-Reporting any issues
-General administration support

Experience/Skills required:
-Previous customer interaction -Telephone based
-Excellent communication skills
-Confident telephone manner
-Ability to give constructive feedback
-Good IT skills
