Administrator/Coordinator

My client is a specialist in what they do with over 40 years experience in their specialist industry they are one of the leading businesses internationally!

They are looking for a bright, motivated and switched on candidate to join their Inspections Team which is growing! You will be a key part in the department responsible for the smooth running of the coordination and administration duties.

Salary £17,000.00
FREE Onsite Parking
Pension
22 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays 
A stable growing company! 

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

Your duties will include - 

- Administrative duties to ensure that the inspections department runs smoothly 
- Dealing with customers queries over the telephone and email 
- Processing orders 
- Coordinating samples with clients
- Updating and maintaining the database
- Assisting with QA Projects policies and procedures 

The ideal candidate for the role will have a strong background in administration and customer service with a knowledge of either shipping, import, export or freight forwarding. 

This will be a fast paced role and will require a good attitude!
