Temporary Administration Coordinator - approx. 2 months
Based in Canary Wharf, London
Pay rate between £10 - £11per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this busy team for approx. 2 months. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well someone who has experience of offering first class customer service.
The focus of the role is being the first point of contact for any enquiry to the business whether that’s via email or over the phone, responsibility for maintaining a shared email inbox and providing technicians / engineers with their schedule of the week ahead.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Previous experience in a support based customer service role
- Good IT skills
- Experience coordinating / scheduling work rotas
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
This role is full time 40 hours a week Monday to Friday. Hours of work are 8:00am - 5:00pm. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check and credit check.
