We are seeking a good Administrator to join our administration team in providing support to our busy Recruitment Consultants. You will be involved in registering candidates, adding vacancies to our bespoke software and assisting in keeping our website up to date. Strong administration skills are essential as well as being a competent user of Microsoft office and Outlook. Previous database experience is helpful, but full training will be provided in the use of our state of the art recruitment software. We are looking for someone who is confident and friendly with a sense of humour, and who will enjoy the opportunity to work within a busy recruitment environment.

Due to increased work load we are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team, initially for 3 months with a possibility of extension and maybe joining us on a permanent basis later in the year. You will need to demonstrate that you have good administration skills and have previously worked within an office environment. High standard of education, especially in English and mathematics is essential as well as the confidence to be able to deal with enquiries over the telephone.
