Administrator - Clinical Ops

Sussex Recruitment seek a super administrator for their client based in Uckfield - you will deliver excellent customer service and case management administration to a portfolio of clients in this varied and busy role.

Management of cases including:

- Scheduling and managing calendars

- Checking attendance of appointments at clinics

- Signing off invoices

- Maintaining clinic databases

- Supporting clinical and HR teams

- Supporting client on-site clinics

Skills and qualifications required:

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Initiative and a proactive approach

- Willing to take an active role in one’s own development

- Experience in a customer service, case management or administration based department

- Good IT skills to include the use of database systems, Outlook, Word and Excel. (Ideally to include knowledge of Office 365)
